Original S.O.E. has produced a smaller version of a pouch with a similar interior design to their vehicle med bag. The pouch itself has a dual zipper closure and a 1" nylon carry strap that can be adjusted and is affixed to the pouch via the attached D-rings. The exterior on both sides is covered by pals webbing. 

The interior layout is designed to hold but not limited to:

• Four (4) Emergency Trauma Bandages
• Four (4) H&H compressed gauze, QuikClot sponges, or similar sized items.
• NPA and 14G decomp needle slots are built in
• Petroleum gauze or similar will go in the slit pockets.

The pictures above show the pouch with an OSOE dual pistol mag pouch attached via Tactical Tailor mallice clips.
